About the Role

We’re searching for a data superstar to join the team here, someone who can continually push the boundaries of the results our customers can achieve here with time-series and anomaly detection. The perfect candidate will able to demonstrate the highest level of numeracy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret  large amounts of data from different sources, and of course a passion for machine-learning and research is a must! You’ll be working with our backend developers to implement suitable methodologies in a rapidly growing platform designed for broad adoption, to provide insights that will transform our customers businesses. We want to work with someone who is always curious and has willingness to learn new skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with tech team to deliver the business critical algorithms that power our automated business analysis platform
  • Be instrumental in us advancing our time series understanding models, and improving the quality of the insights provided to our customers
  • Work on a variety of different data challenges across our product e.g. modelling, evaluation, machine learning, analytics)
  • Design, implement, and launch your own experiments, data products and features
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
  • M.Sc. / PhD and academic publications in deep learning / time series analysis preferred
  • 3+ years of delivering innovative data science products
  • Experience deciphering and creating algorithms 
  • Exposure to data science techniques, supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, time series analysis, outlier detection, ideally in a production environment
  • Deep knowledge of statistical principles and Machine Learning methods
  • Demonstrable proficiency in writing production level code (Python, Go, R preferred) and understanding programming concepts, combined with the enthusiasm and passion to build
  • Any experience with analytics and marketing products such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads is a plus

About the role

A role critical to the success of our business is Senior Sales Director; a position that will be pivotal in driving interest in the product and in turn revenue through high quality outbound activity. Because our product is a new concept, the key to this role will be ensuring a consultative sales process from start to finish, so a deep understanding of the market we operate in is essential. As a start-up, we also need someone who has a flair for setting up robust sales processes, a candidate who can implement new innovative ways of driving outbound sales and of course, someone who is able to build long-term relationships with all levels of stakeholders across different types of businesses and industries. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through outbound/inbound leads - strategically selling the company’s product 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, whilst analysing and understanding existing customer trends 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Take ownership of annual sales targets, developing accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM (hubspot.com)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare common strategies
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales role within a SaaS organisation
  • An understanding of the Digital Marketing/eCommerce industry or selling SaaS solutions into Digital Marketing roles
  • A successful track record of consistent success in an office based or inside sales role working for a target driven SaaS technology business
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Previous contacts and networking experience in the industry to leverage off
  • Experience in generating annual recurring revenues (ARR) through pro-actively identifying, nurturing and closing qualified new business sales campaigns
  • A professional approach to selling, ideally utilising a recognised sales methodology
  • An interest and understanding of the SaaS industry
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and Digital Marketing is preferred
  • Proven experience in improving sales in a start-up environment is desirable 
  • A passion for hands-on sales

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a multi-talented Full-Stack Developer to take a lead role in our growing technical team to deliver scalable software solutions. Key to this post will be your ability and experience with both front-end and back-end coding languages, in order to continually develop and improve the product in line with clients and customer requirements. The team here is small and multifunctional, so we need someone who can approach software holistically; a pragmatist who is able to consider both the user experience of our platform as well as the functionality. The candidate who joins the team will have a large amount of autonomy and have a crucial role in devising and spearheading new ideas, thinking strategically about the development of the product and it’s next iteration (which we think is quite exciting!). As ever, we want an expert, someone who would consider themselves the ‘go-to’ for any technical problems and solutions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the wider development & data science team and Product Managers to produce scalable software solutions with our customers requirements at the forefront of change 
  • Design both client-facing and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of applications, delivering high-quality mock-ups designing different prototypes, all using high-quality graphics and engaging visual elements
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs
  • Continually testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, as well as troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software
  • Create robust security and data protection settings
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Write effective supporting technical documentation
  • Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages
  • Optimize web and mobile applications for maximum speed and use
  • Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies

About the Role

If all things marketing and content are your bag, we would love to hear from you! We’re currently on the lookout for a creative marketing professional, with a strong background in writing blogs or copy, to craft engaging and educational content that generates interest in our product and drives sales figures through inbound traffic. You will also have a business critical role in which you’ll have full autonomy on the set up and direction of the marketing strategy, with the end goal of developing engagement from potential customers that directly lead to rapid growth of our inbound traffic. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, develop and implement inbound marketing strategies that meet short-term and long-term project goals
  • Develop strategies and content that lets the world know about Millimetric therefore grows new leads and drives qualified traffic to our front door
  • Come up with exciting and market relevant content ideas to produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups, whether it be through blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, reports, webinars, infographics, etc
  • Build and manage a content calendar that is designed to attract a targeted audience of CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers E-Commerce Directors (to list a few) 
  • Create, run and optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content (website blog for SEO), and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
  • Measure and report on the performance of specific marketing and content campaigns to provide an in-depth insight and assess against goals
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a clear and consistent message about our brand and product across the board
  • Continually exploring new ways to generate leads

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • Extensive Copywriting experience
  • 3 years+ experience in all digital acquisition and engagement methods e.g. content, social media, SEO, PPC, etc
  • Demonstrated experience in a digital audience development role, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • Experience using digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and Ads platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Experience with database marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics
