This page describes how Millimetric complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. It supplements our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
Roles & legal bases
Millimetric, Inc. acts as controller for its own customers and prospects and as processor for Visitor analytics data on behalf of customers. Legal bases follow the UK-GDPR equivalents of Articles 6(1)(a)–(f) and are described in our Privacy Policy, Section 3.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred from the UK to a country without an adequacy regulation, we use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

You have all the rights set out in the UK-GDPR, including:
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
- The right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
- The right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
To exercise these rights, email privacy@millimetric.ai. We will respond within one month.

PECR & cookies
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 ("PECR") regulate storing or accessing information on a user's device. Millimetric does not set cookies, fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers on Visitors. The SDK does write a first-party mm_aid value to localStorage, which constitutes "storage on terminal equipment" under PECR; the storage is first-party-only, never read across domains, and used solely for first-party audience measurement. Customers should reference it in their own privacy notice and form their own view on whether consent is required. See our Cookie Notice for details.
